Our platform provides a variety of pricing plans based on a monthly subscription. The monthly fee is calculated based on how much your panel brings you monthly income. Thus, we make it accessible for many clients to do business through our platform.
The minimum amount for connecting a starter tariff plan (Plan 0) is 5$.
First of all, we will notify you of this situation. Further, our system will automatically transfer you to a new tariff plan that will suit your current panel turnover.
On the date of the next debiting of money, the difference between the cost of the new and the old tariff plan + monthly payment for the new tariff plan will be deducted from your balance.
If there is not enough money on your balance, then we will wait for your replenishment within 10 days, without limiting the functionality of your panel. If after 10 days you do not top up your balance by the required amount, then we will freeze your panel for a period of 90 days. If after 90 days the balance does not top up either, your panel will be deleted.
We do not refund money for a subscription already signed with us for the current one, due to the fact that we are raising the technical infrastructure to create your panel.
But we can return the remaining money on your balance according to our refund policy.
